You should hold each stretch position for 30 seconds ex. (straight out for 30 seconds, to the left for 30 seconds, etc.)

After you are done with a complete session (all 5 stretching positions) that would be one Rep.

If you are a beginner I worecommendmend doing 3 revery otherther day for the first week and then start increasing reps after that.
