IT GOT BIGGER!

“Have you been doing something to it?” asked my wife three weeks after I had secretly begun my penis exercise workouts. I asked her why and she replied: “It’s got bigger!”

As I tell you this I’m thinking of the other men – and women – of my generation who didn’t sleep together until after they were married. (If you are under 30 you may find this difficult to believe, but it was true for many couples at that time.) This meant that true virgins had no basis for comparison and that women accepted their partners’ size for what it was and suppressed their curiosity about other men.

That has all changed, but here is the good news for those couples still in lasting monogamous relationships: we men can increase our size and the woman in our life can enjoy a new experience without sleeping with other men. “Shall I continue with my exercises?” I asked my wife.

“Yes!” came the swift response.

AN ALTERNATIVE CURE

That was several years ago now. At the time neither my wife nor I thought that my penis needed any enlargement, but our curiosity was aroused. It all started when, in common with all men at some point in their lives, I suffered the dreaded limp penis (ED, or erectile dysfunction) and my doctor simply suggested taking Viagra. Pfizer had only recently introduced it then, and I had my doubts – I have never been a fan of pill-popping anyway.

Seeking an alternative cure, I soon found Thunder’s Place on the Web, and joined in with discussion forums. (PE Gym has many similarly helpful penis forums.) This is where I first met Dr Trevor Roberts (his pen name) who was posting constructive comments under the name of ‘Boxcar.’ Many of the original thinkers and contributors to the advancement of PE will remember him.

We quickly recognized a common interest, communicated regularly and, together with our wives, eventually took a vacation together on a nude beach in Jamaica – so I can legitimately claim to have independent verification of my size!

FROM CURIOSITY TO COMMITMENT

It didn’t take long before I discovered how enjoyable – and effective – some of the penis enlargement workout routines were, and I decided on a schedule of workouts 5 days a week. Getting up an hour earlier in the mornings didn’t interfere with any other activities, and the release of

endorphins created by the exercises set me up with that feel-good factor for the day.

I say that ‘some’ of the routines were enjoyable and effective because we’re all different, and what is a successful male enhancement routine for one man isn’t necessarily going to work for another. This is where I started to keep notes and devised exercises most effective for me.

Sex became more interesting: my penis held a renewed fascination for my wife.  Over time I discovered more control over the moment of ejaculation, so I could concentrate more on pleasing my wife while she, in turn, made love more enthusiastically.

I had always envied the female’s experience of ‘whole body’ orgasm, and now I enjoy the same. No longer does ejaculation simply concentrate the feeling of release in the penis and groin; my orgasms now reach every nerve of my body!

Research soon revealed the scale of interest – not just among males but amongst women as well. I measured 5.75 by 4.25 inches erect – something just under the averages on penis size surveys – and I set my goal, knowing that my wife could ask me to stop my routines anytime she felt enough was enough. I then set about writing. The working title for my book was also my goal: 8 X 6.

By the time I finished researching and writing my book, I had achieved my penis growth goal. My wife still thinks it was never necessary – but she has not (yet) asked me to stop!

AN EROTIC JOURNEY

Robin Williams once joked, “See, the problem is that God gives man a brain and a penis, and only enough blood to run one at a time.”  You don’t have to be like that.  Through your penis exercising endeavors you can learn control and the confidence that it brings, as well as the physical advantages of size, strength, sensitivity and endurance. HOW PENIS PUMPING WORKS

Penis pumping is a type of Penis Enlargement exercise that is popular, but often misunderstood. We will discuss the various types of pumps, the physics behind penis pumping, and how to make the informed purchasing decision right for you.

Penis pumps are very unique pieces of equipment and when coupled with a solid manual routine, can be an effective tool in a permanent enlargement regimen. There many brands and varying equipment types on the market. Some are excellent in quality, design and effectiveness; others, well, not so much.

No matter the type or style, the concept is quite simple: a void (vacuum) is created when air is removed from the cylinder, causing the penis to expand to fill that void. When conducted over long periods of time over several years of consistent use, permanent penis enlargement can likely result.

PENIS PUMPING COMPONENTS

When one refers to a penis pump, often they are referring to the entire penis pumping apparatus, but it is actually made up of two parts: the cylinder, or “tube,” and the vacuum pump.

A “single stage” or straight cylinder is comprised of a single piece of straight tubing. This type of cylinder is used only for pumping the penis. The sizes of the cylinders range from as small as 1.5” in diameter to as large as 4” in diameter. Most manufacturers typically make cylinders in 9” lengths, but custom lengths are available.

Regardless of the type and style of pump you use, it is highly recommended that the pump come with a pressure gauge in order to monitor pressure levels. Because of the nature of the physics involved, pressure levels must be monitored closely while pumping since it does not take much (pressure) at all to cause serious and/or permanent damage.

PENIS PUMPING: Not Another Physics Class!

Pumping is quite different from any other Penis Enlargement exercise as it is experienced and conducted from the “inside-out,” while nearly every other form of exercise is done from the “outside-in.” Before you begin penis pumping, lets examine what is happening to your penis.

When air is extracted, a void is created in the cylinder that causes the penis to swell in an attempt to fill the void. This swelling is the expansion of: skin, blood vessels, the corpus cavernosa (CC), corpus spongiosum (CS), the tunica, and the pulling in of lymphatic liquids. The vacuum also creates pressure on the ligaments, which helps with permanent penis enlargement aspects.

One of the benefits of penis pumping is that the expansion continues whether the pressure is increased or not, in order to “fill the void”. When pumping, care must be given to monitor pressure levels and the penis itself to make sure no damage is being done.

PENIS PUMPING AND SAFETY IMPORTANCE

Herein lies the danger – as the penis pumping session goes on, you will eventually get accustomed to the feeling of the vacuum. You may no longer “feel” the pump doing its job. The natural inclination is to increase the

pressure in order to feel the pull and expansion, but this should be avoided!

Pressure is measured in inches of mercury – in.Hg. Safe pressure levels are generally between 0 in.Hg and 5 in.Hg – whether you “feel” it or not. Pumping at too high of a pressure level and/or for too long, can lead to edema- when tissues expand with lymphatic fluid. While minor edema does not damage the penis, over-pumping can cause painful blisters, ruptured blood vessels, and in some cases, permanent ED (erectile dysfunction).

Advanced pumpers will often venture into levels above 5 Hg but only after lower pressured pumping in an earlier session. Again, this method is only for advanced pumpers. If you feel any pain, stop immediately. Penis pumping should never be painful. At most, there may be a “dull pull”, but never painful. If you experience pain, release the pressure valve on the pump.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR PURCHASING PENIS PUMPING EQUIPMENT

Along with common sense, care must be given to make sure good, reliable equipment is being used. The saying “you get what you pay for” certainly fits with penis pumping. Cheap penis pumps from novelty stores will certainly get you pumped, but will eventually break down and potentially can cause serious damage.

There are several reputable companies that make quality equipment. I advise buying a quality device that will not only provide you the results you are looking for, but will last much longer and be much safer.

GETTING DESIRED RESULTS FROM PENIS PUMPING

While all pumps follow the same principle, not all will give you the desired results. You must select the right type of penis pump depending on what you want to accomplish.

For more girth work, a straight cylinder is best. Make sure you measure properly (according to manufacturer specs since not all tubes are the same) – one rule of thumb is to get a cylinder no more than ¼” larger than erect girth to aide in penis girth expansion. Once you have “packed the tube” meaning that your penis completely touches the walls of the cylinder up to the glans, the next size cylinder is recommended.

Not uncommon, length gains via penis pumping are possible. For more length, get a cylinder that fits your erect girth. Horizontal expansion occurs quickly during the session and the vacuum will be transferred lengthwise to the base and ligaments. Be careful! A great deal of pressure will be on the glans as well, resulting in possible blisters if the pressure is too high.

In this second installment, we shall take a look at how penis pumping can be extremely beneficial when combined with a solid manual penis enlargement routine. We’ll discuss various penis pumping techniques, an outline of a typical manual/pumping routine, and if penis pumping is right for you.

The Foundation: Before Employing Penis Pumping Techniques

Setting a good foundation is key to getting good results. The foundation for achieving any significant increase in penis size is a strong manual penis exercise routine. There are many penis enlargement devices on the market that can aide in helping you achieve your goals, but they are simply that – aides.

Until your penis has been “conditioned” with a routine consisting of manual penis stretching and jelqing (for at least 60-90 days), due to the mechanical forces being exerted on the penis, these devices can actually do more harm than good. This is especially true with penis pumping techniques. Manual routines are not within the scope of this article, but we will look into how one can incorporate pumping to enhance their routines and achieve gains.

So Why Use Penis Pumping Techniques?

Penis pumping has been found to be very effective in achieving (primarily) girth and is very effective. As explained in the previous article, the continued expansion of the penile chambers helps to increase capacity those chambers can hold blood during an erection; jelqing is the manual process by which this can be achieved. Penis pumping using proper penis pumping techniques, along with jelqing, significantly enhances this process and provides a big boost in increase girth gains.

Penis Pumping Techniques are “Where it’s at!”

There are several different techniques to aide in enhancing the pump routine; for the purpose of this article, we will highlight two. The following two penis pumping techniques are commonly used by penis pumpers and are considered to be staples of any penis pump routine:

Milking – “Milking the tube” is done by griping the tube and trying to pull it away from the base of your penis. The action is akin to masturbating and the motion should only shift the tube no more than 1” up from the base. If you have a pressure gauge, you will notice that the milking penis pumping technique causes the pressure to increase and then go back to the original level pressure when you return the cylinder back towards you.

It is suggested to do this at low-pressure levels since the increased pressure can damage veins and arteries in the penis.

Pros: Helps keep fresh blood circulating into the penis; aides in faster expansion to “pack the tube”

Cons: Milking at high-pressure levels can cause damage to the penis; if not adequately lubed, abrasions and blisters can form on the glans and shaft; pulling too hard can cause the airtight seal to break

Pulsing – This technique is a much more involved process and widely believed to be very effective in maximizing gains. Pulsing involves creating and releasing the vacuum at distinct intervals. Helps maximize gains faster by gently urging the chambers to relax and expand more frequently.

Pros: Helps keep the penis conditioned

; helps minimize edema
Cons: Continual pumping (there are rarely any breaks in penis pump operation with this technique)

The Routine

As outlined in the previous article, pumping is a very effective means of achieving your penis enlargement goals. A typical routine will consist of the standard warm-up, stretches, jelqs, penis pumping, and warm down. When penis pumping, it is best to divide your pumping session into sets.

The length of each set will depend on your level of experience. Beginners (less than 3 months of regular pumping) should stick to no more than 3 short sets of a maximum of 15 minutes each; advanced pumpers can take more sets at longer periods. Regardless of how long the set, it is highly recommended that breaks be conducted at least every 10-15 minutes to allow fresh blood to circulate into the penis.

During the set, you gradually raise the pressure as your penis expands. With each set, you raise the pressure a little faster, to a higher level, but caution is advised to take it slow – raising the pressure too quickly can cause painful blisters to develop. Continually work the pump to maintain a consistent pressure level. As a general rule, raise the pressure once every 3 – 5 minutes early on, and once a minute or more toward the end of the set – but never exceed safe levels.

Paying attention to your Physiological Indicators (PI’s) is the best way to gauge your session. At all times you should find the level of suction pleasurable and not a strain or painful in any way. If you experience a pinching or burning sensation or an ache, you can “milk the tube,” lower the pressure, or simply end the set. At any time during your session, feel free to disconnect your hose and walk around with your tube hanging free, once the suction is firm enough to keep it there. The weight of the cylinder will help you stretch out longer. Reconnect periodically to ensure a consistent pressure is being maintained.

Toward the end of each set, your erection should be firmer. By the time you end off your last set, it is not uncommon to feel as though you are on the verge of orgasm. Take caution that you do not get too enthusiastic and pump longer or harder than you really should; try to follow a disciplined routine using the aforementioned proper penis pumping techniques from this article, as well as my previous article on the basics of penis pumping: Penis Pumping 101 – An Overview

Once the session is completed, it is recommended that a silicone ring or some sort of restrictive aide be worn to maintain the pumped state. This helps to have the penis stay in this pumped state as long as possible to make the tissues start to heal in this elongated state. Additionally, try to stay away from restrictive clothing to allow your penis to hang as freely as possible to maximize the pumped state.

Conclusion

Penis Pumping is a unique form of penis enlargement and very effective, but it is how we use the tried and true proper penis pumping techniques that will make the overall difference. You must be careful when starting any routine that involves vacuum devices; take care in your equipment selection, be safe, and enjoy the benefits it will bring to your penis enlargement endeavors.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

The most important article for any man looking to improve the size and hardness of his penis. Follow your “PIs,” and you’ll gain more, you’ll gain quicker, and you’ll exercise safer.

So what are the PIs? After reading accounts of those who have had good growth, as well personal experiences of growth and loss of progress, it has become apparent that there are Physiologic Indicators (PIs’) that can guide you while you’re exercising your penis.

A breakdown of the Physiological Indicators

PIs (Physiological Indicators) are the observable physical responses of your penis to the forces applied in penile exercising. Anyone who has done any PE has seen these, yet most don’t use them for the invaluable information that they offer. I break them down into Negative PIs, Positive PIs and Neutral PIs.

NEGATIVE PIs meaning that when you see these, it is a sign that you are over training your unit, and you need to cut back the amount of force/time applied.

POSITIVE PIs means that it is an excellent indicator that you are NOT over training your unit, and probably improving it.

NEUTRAL PIs are neither obviously positive or negative. They must be INTERPRETED in relation to other definite Positive or Negative PIs. They are referred to as neutral, because at times, they may be a positive indicator, and other times, a negative indicator.  Whether these Neutral PIs are positive or negative for YOU…will only become obvious when other DEFINITE Positive or Negative PIs begin to show.

Lets start with some definite Negative PIs

  • Pain in the penis
  • Decreased night and morning wood
  • Decreased hardness of erections
  • Numbness
  • Discoloration
  • Loss of size ( persisting more than a day)

Now for the definite Positive PIs;

  • Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
  • Increased night and morning wood
  • Increased hardness of erections
  • Easier to achieve erections
  • Increase of normal size
  • Increased horniness

And the Neutral PIs:

  • Temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
  • Redness
  • Spotting
  • Slight achiness in your penis
  • Increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours
  • Edema (fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin

Of all the PIs, size gain or loss is the bottom line! Size loss or gain will give you the final word on whether you are being effective or not.

Putting the PIs in Use

Lets say a beginner starts with a simple routine; a 5 minutes warm-up followed by 5 minutes jelqing. When he is done, he notices his unit is slightly larger, reddish and hangs fuller for a few minutes followed by some contraction. Later on he finds that he has increased night and morning wood.

Together this is a good picture, the increased night and morning wood indicate that the other Neutral PIs can be interpreted as Positive PIs. At that point, it would be sensible for this beginner to continue this routine and measure himself about once every one to two weeks. If after two weeks, all the PIs are the same, yet he has made no gains, he should increase his force and or time of PE.

Why? Because there are no PIs indicating over-training (Negative PIs), therefore his lack of growth is due to UNDER TRAINING.  In this scenario, it would probably be smart for him to increase his jelq time to 10 minutes. This he should stay with, watching his PIs for indications of Negatives.

Growth for most of us is a slim margin between too much and too little.

So going back to our Newbie, so he ups his jelqs to 10 minutes, and still has no Negative PIs. This indicates that he is still not into over training – a good thing. Let’s say, after 2 weeks he re-measures and has 1/4 inch growth. This of course is the ultimate Positive PI, and he should STAY with his routine until he stops growing. Then, and only then would increased force/time be called for.

Let’s take a different scenario

John Q Dickpuller has read the latest technique of hanging a bowling ball off his dick and decides to give it a try. First thing he notices is after the work out, his unit turtles up on him (Neutral PI). Later on he sees that morning and night wood is gone (Negative PI). Finally, when he measures in about a week, he sees he has lost a half inch in length. This bottom line Negative PI indicator tells him he is way into over training!

The turtling, interpreted in light of the loss of size and loss of night and morning wood, is a Negative PI for him. John now knows that that contraction of his penis immediately after his workout is an early indicator of over training his unit.

He lays off completely and waits for his normal nite and morning wood to return, which it does in about one week. This is a good indicator that he has recovered from the excessive trauma and is ready get back in the game.

John now tries again, this time with a tennis ball. He sees that after his workout he gets slight shrinkage, that only lasts for 30 minutes. He finds his nite and morning wood improves, and after 2 weeks sees that he is starting to gain size.

John now knows that contraction for 30 minutes or less, is an early Positive PI for him, and keeps that in mind whenever he makes any changes to his routine.

Lets use a third, more complex scenario

Mr B. Dog finds that if he whacks his dick with a hammer, it turns purple, and shrinks up for a week. And he loses his erections completely. Wisely, he decides to leave it completely alone for 4 weeks.

Slowly his nite and morning erections return, his flaccid hang is now longer than before. He find whens he is fully recovered, he has gained a half inch in length and and inch in girth.

Here we have a definite Negative PI and a Neutral PI, but interpreted in the light of the final PI (that is, gains), we can say that for Dog, a shrunken and purple penis is a positive indicator of future growth for him, if he takes the time to fully recover.

Recovery is determined by return of definite Positive PIs.

Last scenario

S. Knucklehead decided to try pumping. He is making slow and steady gains. His night and morning wood is excellent, the best in years. He also finds that his day time flaccid hang is longer than ever and fluffed out most of the day.

Mr. K knows from this experience that a longer, fluffed flaccid is a Positive PI for him that he is “in the zone”. Mr. Knucklehead decides to supercharge his pumping session by doing it while clamped. This technique not only feels great, it causes his dick to swell to all time new size with no lymphatic fluid (during the PE)!

Knucklehead gets so enthusiastic that he does it for 5 sessions in one day! That night Mr K. finds his wood is gone, as well as the mornings. He also finds that his penis is hanging shorter and more contracted. He measures himself over the next week and finds that he has lost a full one half inch.

So even though he found that his unit was huge during the pumping, the resulting definite Negative PI’s indicated that it was more trauma than his unit could handle.

Mr. K. learned that a swollen dick during PE could be a definite Negative PI for him!  Mr. K took a week off and waited for night and morning wood, as well as normal flaccid hang to return to normal (Positive PIs).

Mr. K restarted his program, but with 5-10 minutes of clamped pumping. He carefully watched his PIs for indications of over training before adding any force/time.

The bottom line: your penis has definite responses to the forces you use on it.

Learn to read the Positives and Negatives, and interpret the Neutrals.

Using these as guidelines for your workout, you will have a much better chance at dialing in the amount of force/time needed for you to achieve growth.

Enlarge Your Penis With the Right Attitude

I believe it is best to put GROWTH aside from your mind and go for a HEALTHY dick! By doing that, you have a much greater chance of growing a big dick too! That is to say, go for harder more frequent erections [better Erectile Quality or EQ], along with a heavy flaccid, and a constant slight horniness too.  I say this because, almost universally, if you’re “in the zone” with your routine, then you will experience that.  And if you are in “the zone” that gives you the best chance of growth.

Go For Positive PI’s

Once you obtain positive PI’s…gradually increase time/force while MAINTAINING those positive PI’s. Doing this will allow you to find your ideal time/force, while avoiding excessive time/force that stops growth and can actually result in shrinkage. If you begin to see diminution of those positive PI’s while increasing intensity, then either stop the progression of your routine (time/force) or BETTER YET, take an extra day off and go back to the last productive parameter you were using.

The process may be slow at first, but you will experience the benefit of more powerful dick, which in itself is great and great for your sex partner. By gradually increasing intensity while paying attention to your PIs, you are almost guaranteed to find a productive routine, and be able to stay in it far better and longer.

On the other hand, by rushing into PE, with your best best guess, and constantly changing…it could be YEARS before you find a productive routine…IF EVER!!!

Take it Gradual

One of the things I advise guys is to separate PE from entertainment. That is to say, develop a scientific basic plan and SLOWLY increase time/force while maintaining positive PIs. If you get carried away with your time/force because it feels good (and God knows that it can), you can totally blow your routine and progress.

Further, I advise guys to stay away from chemical/vitamin enhancers (cialis, viagra, arginine etc) UNTIL they get a read on what their routine is doing as far as their PI’s. If you artificially enhance your erection, you will have no idea if you are overtraining…it could be masked by the chemical.

I truly believe that a healthy dick will grow much faster, better and safer than a beat up one. I think any method of applied force to the penis can be productive if you understand what you are trying to do…and how to go about it in a scientific manor.

If It Aint’ Broke, Why Fix It?

One more thing: NEVER change a routine that IS resulting in progress!!!!!!  Wait until progress slows greatly or stops, then incrementally increase it until progress starts again.

The other alternative is to take a one or two week break and resume the routine that stopped working. This is probably the wisest option to try first. If during the break you make some gains…then it reinforces the idea that you will benefit from occasional breaks more than increased time/force. It is also a possible indicator of overtraining. If you find you lose some progress during the break…shrinkage…it is a good indicator that you need to increase your time/force.

It’s also best to try to break a growth plateau with increased time first, before trying increased force. In the long run, the less force we use to achieve growth, the less likely to induce a fibrotic/toughening response that will eventually mandate a long deconditioning break.

So how effective are kegels? Two studies by leading scientists show that they may just be more beneficial for you than erection drugs.

KEGEL STUDY 1: A Real Surprise

A recent study had 55 impotent men exercise their pelvic floor muscles (with exercises like the Kegel). Prior to the study, none of the men could maintain an erection for more than 30 seconds. By the study’s end, 40 percent of the men were completely cured of erectile dysfunction, and 35 percent of the men showed signs of significant improvement.

The lead scientist of the study, Dr. Grace Dorey, author of Stronger and Longer, said, “The results were a real surprise . . . Strengthening up the pelvic floor muscles not only improved strength, but also endurance.”Dorey also noted, “When men are going through a normal sex life, they should be looking to these exercises to extend their sex life. If men are performing reasonably well, this research would suggest that they may be able to improve their performance even further.”

KEGEL STUDY 2: Harder Than Viagra?

Another study was conducted by German Urologist, Dr. Frank Sommer.The study involved 124 men who were separated into three groups. One group did pelvic floor exercises, one group took erection drugs (such as Viagra), and one group took a placebo. The pelvic exercise group took the lead with 80 percent experiencing stronger, harder erections, followed by the erection drug group with 74 percent, and the placebo group with 18 percent.

  1. Quit Smoking – Smoking has been found to be a major contributing factor to erectile dysfunction, according to a report published by the American Heart Association. Smoking causes plaque to build-up in the arteries. Known as atherosclerosis, this plaque blocks blood flow, causing circulatory problems, including erectile dysfunction. The AHA study found:
  • Men who smoked more than 20 cigarettes daily had a 60% higher risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to men who never smoked.
  • 15% of the past and present smokers had experienced erectile dysfunction.

Other diseases related to obesity include diabetes and high blood pressure – both also have been found to experience higher incidents of erectile dysfunction. In fact, approximately half of men with diabetes become impotent.
  6. Be Monogamous – Being monogamous can help strengthen your erections in two ways. Although monogamy doesn’t completely prevent the transmission of STDs, it does help. how long should i stretch for? i see some people say stretch each position for 5 min. is that ok to do?

You should hold each stretch position for 30 seconds ex. (straight out for 30 seconds, to the left for 30 seconds, etc.)

After you are done with a complete session (all 5 stretching positions) that would be one Rep.

If you are a beginner I worecommendmend doing 3 revery otherther day for the first week and then start increasing reps after that.

Alright, so I’ve been doing these stretches for about a month now, and I’m running into a problem with the skin around my penis getting stretched out. Am I supposed to pull back the loose skin while stretching? If so does anyone have any tips on how to accomplish this?

I have been considering some lotion with lanolin in it to tighten the skin back up.

AN ALTERNATIVE CURE

Pfizer had only recently introduced it then, and I had my doubts – I have never been a fan of pill-popping anyway.

Seeking an alternative cure, I soon found Thunder’s Place on the Web, and joined in with discussion forums. (PE Gym has many similarly helpful penis forums.) This is where I first met Dr Trevor Roberts (his pen name) who was posting constructive comments under the name of ‘Boxcar.’ Many of the original thinkers and contributors to the advancement of PE will remember him.

We quickly recognized a common interest, communicated regularly and, together with our wives, eventually took a vacation together on a nude beach in Jamaica – so I can legitimately claim to have independent verification of my size!

FROM CURIOSITY TO COMMITMENT

It didn’t take long before I discovered how enjoyable – and effective – some of the penis enlargement workout routines were, and I decided on a schedule of workouts 5 days a week. Getting up an hour earlier in the mornings didn’t interfere with any other activities, and the release of

endorphins created by the exercises set me up with that feel-good factor for the day.

I say that ‘some’ of the routines were enjoyable and effective because we’re all different, and what is a successful male enhancement routine for one man isn’t necessarily going to work for another. This is where I started to keep notes and devised exercises most effective for me.

Sex became more interesting: my penis held a renewed fascination for my wife.  Over time I discovered more control over the moment of ejaculation, so I could concentrate more on pleasing my wife while she, in turn, made love more enthusiastically.

By the time I finished researching and writing my book, I had achieved my penis growth goal. My wife still thinks it was never necessary – but she has not (yet) asked me to stop!
